I joined the Revolution team in 2011 as a cofounder of Revolution Growth, a $1 billion set of investment funds led by myself, Steve Case and Donn Davis. Through Revolution Growth, my partners and I make a select group of speed-up capital investments in businesses each year in which we help companies take ideas from niche to mass and scale to capitalize on huge market opportunities. Our sweet spot is on technology-enabled businesses that empower consumers and disrupt existing, multi-billion dollar industries.

Custom Ink has been a part of the Revolution family since 2013. Today, Custom Ink announced that Great Hill Partners is investing in the company, marking a successful exit for Revolution Growth. I have worked closely with co-founder and CEO Marc Katz and his team since we made our first investment in 2013 and I am very proud of the company, as well as the culture the team has built. The brand has evolved from a custom t-shirt company into one that activates communities, helps organizations raise money, and brings people together.
